    Goal: leverage the power of our customer voices across various content to drive leads.

    This content was captured during various customer interviews and turned into paid Meta ads, a new SEO-optimized Reviews web page, organic social posts, sales collateral, and more. This ad series resulted in a 138% increase in MQLs YoY and our top-performing ad with over 700 engagements on Facebook.

  • Targeted Cities - Otter

    Goal: partner with sales team to create a paid campaign that targets small-owned restaurants in their focus cities (ATL, NYC, DC), helping sales close deals through brand awareness.

    I led all copy and creative concepts, choosing a strategy that touched on the importance of preserving tradition for this small-business audience while “future-proofing” their business with modern software. Through individualized landing pages, tangible examples of our existing customers in their cities, and eye-catching ads, we increased website sessions by +5% and generated 80+ MQLs.

  • POS product launch - Otter

    Goal: collaborate with product team to identify distinguishers and build a campaign that makes a splash in the industry - driving awareness, online engagement, and leads.

    Created a story-line and approach that sets us apart from competitors and speaks to our restaurant audience in a familiar way. Implemented this language across sales material, mailers, new product webpage, product videos, a homepage takeover, and all organic and paid social media posts. This is an ongoing campaign with positive results over the past two months, including 700+ MQLs driven by brand//POS creative and a 4.8% increase in Meta followers.

  • We See You - Family Reach

    We See You - Family Reach

    Goal: Raise awareness and donations for cancer patients during the pandemic while simultaneously providing a sense of hope to their community.

    This all started with a small sketch I made of a butterfly and grew into something truly magical that everyone felt compelled to support. In just two weeks, we gained 500+ followers on Instagram, received 4,500 likes on one Instagram post, and generated $250,000, making this their most successful online-only campaign to date.

  • John Krasinski Birthday - Family Reach

    Goal: Collaborate with John Krasinski to build a 40th birthday campaign across all media types that drives donations to Family Reach and the cancer patients they support #JKBday.

    In just two weeks, I brought this idea to life with my team and Krasinski — and raising $500,000 in 24 hours. Leaning into his celebrity reach, we used #JKBday to get the hashtag trending and targeted Twitter (at the time) strongly. Content production included: A JKBDay webpage, videos with various celebrities, feel-good at home photos of families, and many heartfelt stories shared across social media, blogs, PR, news outlets, and talk-shows. This campaign resulted in 2.35M impressions across social, 6,500 donors, and an 84% follower growth rate on Twitter and Instagram.

  • Virtual Cook-a-thon - Family Reach

    Goal: Promote our virtual celebrity cook-a-thon to increase social media followers and raise funds through Instagram live.

    Establishing ourselves as a leading nonprofit was key in helping toEvent recap reel make this virtual event a success. In addition to our usual campaign content production and social plans, I crafted individual social plans and messaging for each of our celebrity guests. This allowed for us to capture videos and quotes that we used throughout the rest of the year, aligning Family Reach with people like Reese Witherspoon and Guy Fieri. We raised $545,000, had 20+ media mentions, and attracted 50,000+ live viewers.
